For the benefit of those not speaking Greek: The idea is to say that the water is not potable/drinkable. However, what the reader sees is a big "Drinkable" followed by some other text. 

Suggestion: Why not add "NOT" before the word "drinkable"? (to be fair, there is a complication due to the way Greek sentences are constructed, but this is more an excuse than anything else).
