Description:
The aim of the course is to provide the basic knowledge on Structural Optimization. Selected methodologies and optimization applications in the field of structures are presented. The course ​is structured: Basic Concepts, Optimization-dimension-shaped topology construction, Linear Programming, Special Problems Linear Programming, Integer Programming, Introduction to Non-Linear Programming, Metaheuristic Algorithms, Optimization with MATLAB.
