He was born in 1976 in Athens. He holds a Diploma of Rural and Surveying Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (2000) and an MSc in Surveying Engineering from the University College London (UCL), UK (2002). He is a member of the Laboratory teaching staff of the Geodesy Laboratory. He participates in the laboratory teaching of several undergraduate courses of the Geodesy Lab and supports the Laboratory’s research projects and students’ theses scientifically and technically. His research interests focus on topics of Applied Geodesy.

He is a member of the Greek Technical Chamber (2000) and a Rural and Surveying freelancer engineer, having dealt with a plethora of applications of the surveying engineering profession since then.

• Application of ground based microwave interferometry in the scientific field of Geodesy

• Satellite positioning – GNSS receiver technology

• 3D and 2D geometric documentation using advanced technologies (Laser Trackers, 3D Laser Scanning, SLAM)
