Born in Athens, Greece. Languages: Greek (native), English (excellent) and French (fair).

He is an Associate Professor  of Construction Management & Director of the Department of Construction Engineering & Management, Faculty of Civil Engineering, National Technical University of Athens. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer & Coordinator at the Hellenic Open University (Master's programme in Construction Management).
