Dimitrios Sargiotis, was born in Trikala, Thessaly, Hellas, belongs to the genus of
Ziaka.
He is a distinguished scholar, scientist, and author with pioneering contributions to Computer Science,
Data Governance, Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Micro-computing, and Human Sciences.
Currently serving as both a faculty Dr. and Deputy Director of
PC-Laboratories
within the
Digital Technology Laboratory for Technical Projects
(established in accordance with the
Hellenic Government Official Journal)
at the
School of Civil Engineering,
National Technical University of Athens.
He has dedicated over 30 years to advancing research and education in technology and engineering. His career
spans diverse roles in multinational and multicultural settings across public and private sectors, where he has
championed digital transformation and the integration of advanced technologies to enhance societal services.
He is affiliated with prestigious organizations, including Springer, the Programming Research Group of Paris,
