Profile
Dr Christos Makropoulos is a Lecturer in the Department of Water Resources and Environmental Engineering of the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens. In particular he works within the Centre for Hydrological Information of the Laboratory of Hydrology. His research focuses on Decision Support Systems in urban water management and water resources applications. Dr Makropoulos has authored more than 100 journal and conference papers, best practice guidelines and book chapters, is an Associate Editor of the Urban Water Journal, a Visiting Fellow of the University of Exeter and a Fellow of the UK Royal Geographical Society and the UK's Higher Education Academy.
